# Inbound Services


An Inbound 13/1300/1800 service allows customers to call your business from anywhere in Australia by dialling a single, national 13, 1300 or 1800 number.

Your Inbound number can be configured with a number of options.

  • Divert Function: Divert to landline / mobile.
  • State Based Routing: Calls can be routed differently based on the location of the caller.
  • Time of Day Based Routing: Calls can be routed differently based on the time of the call.

This guide will show you how to configure your service.

# Logging into the Management Portal

To log into the Management Portal head to https://inbound.telair.com.au and enter your Account Code, Username & Password.

Note that you can recover your password with the 'Forgot Password' button.

Tip: You'll need to obtain your login details from Telair before you can access the Inbound Management Portal.
